Non-Motorised User Crossing Questionnaire


Please support our campaign for a Non-Motorised User crossing for pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders over the A1 / new A14 .

We have asked for this for a long time. As the A1 has been upgraded and got busier over the years it is now virtually impossible to cross from West End. Such a crossing would open up the countryside again. We believe it would be used by people from the wider area of Cambridgeshire, as well as locals. With the proposed new A14 now in consultation it would seem a good time to press our case. We made a good start with a successful meeting with the Highways Agency and a wide variety of supporters, from local and national organisations. We have been advised that it is now necessary to show the need for such a crossing by getting evidence of possible usage. WOULD YOU USE THIS CROSSING?
