This form store contains parish council facilities online booking forms. From here you can submit booking requests for all major parish council controlled facilities.
The requests are logged on our database and the parish clerk is automatically informed of your request. Subject to availability you will receive
e-mail confirmation that your request has been accepted and an
e-invoice for the ammount due.
