·          Living Spaces has granted the bid of £25k

·          Total funding now raised for phase 1 is £52k

·          Request PC formally place an order with GBH for Phase 1 of the Skate Park

·          Installation will take 2 weeks

·          The project will now be handed over to Sk8 Park Management Committee – to be done formally at their next meeting, 24 May

·          A member of BYF attended first meeting of celebration committee. BYF intend organising a skateboarding demonstration, assisting with first aid and having a BYF stall

The spirit was co-operation plus congratulations to the VF committee and well done for the new building and refurbishment
