A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire: major improvements.

We are currently carrying out finishing works for which we need to close lanes or carriageways on the A1, A14 and some local roads at times, usually overnight between 9pm and 6am, unless otherwise stated. A clearly signed diversion route will always be in place for closures.

New Post Office Opens in Nisa Local

New Post Office Opens in Nisa Local

Over the weekend (26-27 June 21), the new Post Office opened in the Nisa Local, on Miller Way, in Brampton.

Unlike the previous location, the opening hours are much longer from 07:00 - 20:00, seven days a week.

An update on the easing of coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions

As recently announced, from 21 June there will be a 4-week pause at Step 3 of the roadmap for easing restrictions in England.

After 2 weeks, the UK government will review the data to see if the risks have reduced. It's expected that England will move to Step 4 on 19 July.

The Scottish and Welsh Governments are also reviewing their planning for the lifting of restrictions, which may also be delayed.
