HUNTSFORUM VOLUNTEER AWARDS NOMINATIONS OPEN
The annual Hunts Forum Volunteer Awards will, this year, be held at Hinchinbrooke Park on Thursday 14th July between 5.30pm–7pm. These awards did not happen in 2021 due to COVID, but they are backagain this year and will be back in person. It will be attended by the Lord Lieutenant, Julie Spence, to hand out the volunteer awards.
Volunteering has been and continues to be the lifeblood of our communities. In the past few years, many organisations have relied even more on those individuals who allow things just to happen! It might be someone who kick-started a new project, an unsung hero who rarely receives thanks, someone who has provided years of service or who has gone the extra mile in recent months.
Hunts Forum has 3 awards this year and they need your help to promote them locally within your network of contacts. Both the Volunteer Award & Platinum Award are open to Hunts Forum members, and the Rural Volunteer Award is open to all community organisations across Cambridgeshire. All interested organisations can click on the following link to download the simple nomination form and send to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 27th of May 2022.
