The Latest News from HDC includes a reminder to all Town & Parish Councils with regard to the upcoming Local Plan to 2046 Update: Preferred Options Consultation presentations, briefing sessions for councils, scheduled for 3rd and 11th November. There's also an important CIL update, confirmation as to which LGR Options HDC are leading on, and lots of updates from our regular contributors.

Along with our Timely Reminders, Grants and Business Section, Bite sized News from HDC, and Information from our Partners, we hope that the articles in this newsletter will go some way to updating you on all that's happening at HDC.

For the Town & Parish Council Clerks, we'd like to remind you that you have your own section; 'Clerks Corner' which is now a regular item, one which includes a list of resources for council clerks which will be added to as you ask for items to be added. In the main it will centre on business between Town & Parish Councils and Democratic Services and Elections.
